The Critical Importance of Early Childhood Nutrition

Early childhood is a critical time for brain growth & development and kids need different nutrients as they age. Proper nutrition powers little brains and bodies with the fuel they need for a lifetime of health and happiness. The right foods can make a big difference in your child’s day. A nutrient-rich diet can help kids focus and learn and even improve behavior. Food2You understands the crucial role good nutrition plays and designs menus to specific dietetic standards for each preschool age group.

We are committed to curating the freshest possible, nutrient-rich menus to ensure proper pediatric nutrition that exceed all federal USDA and Illinois State Board of Education guidelines, including the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs. Our freshly harvested fruits and vegetables arrive daily and we mindfully source all produce and proteins from local producers we know and trust. We limit sugar, sweeteners and artificial flavorings. Our seasoned chefs select nutritious, premium quality ingredients and serve up 100% organic, chilled milk with every meal.
